Three new security articles on IBM DeveloperWorks
Contents:
Hello DominoSecurity readers,
I am writing to call your attention to three new security articles on the IBM DeveloperWorks web site. Some of you may scan this site regularly and already know about them, but others may not. All the articles are quite good and well worth skimming, at least for future reference. They are:
Using Domino SMTP with a DMZ -- An excellent two-part article about setting up secure email topologies. Includes good background, many diagrams, and advanced information. Highly recommended. From Lotus DeveloperWorks in November 2004 for R6.
Controlling Spam with Advanced Domino SMTP Settings -- An excellent two-part article about effective use of the anti-spam and anti-relay settings in R6. Highly recommended. From Lotus DeveloperWorks in October 2004 for R6.
Secure Messaging for Domino R6 -- A good overview, with lots of technical details, about email security. Covers secrecy, authenticity, non-repudiation, certificate authorities, and more. Good diagrams and screen shots. Overlaps somewhat with my own SMIME article but a bit broader. From Lotus DeveloperWorks in July 2004 for R6.
